How Can I Place an Order?
To shop at veridonnas, follow these steps:
- Select your preferred product and add it to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your name, email address and shipping details.
- Apply any valid discount code before making payment.
- Choose from the available payment methods.
- Review your items and shipping address, then complete your purchase.
After your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you need assistance, email service@veridonnas.com.
Will I Receive an Order Confirmation?
Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. If it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Still unable to find it? Contact service@veridonnas.com for assistance.
What If My Order Contains Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items?
Please contact service@veridonnas.com as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the item received, where applicable;
- A brief description of the issue, including any missing items.
Once we have reviewed the information, we will work with you toward an appropriate solution.
Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?
Please email service@veridonnas.com as soon as possible if you need to update your order. Changes can only be requested before the order enters processing. Once it has been processed or prepared for shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancellation requests may be submitted before your order enters processing. Once fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. To request cancellation, contact service@veridonnas.com as soon as possible.
How Do I Manage Items in My Shopping Cart?
Before checkout, you can add products, review your selected items, adjust quantities and remove anything you no longer wish to purchase. Review the updated cart before continuing to payment.
Which Browsers Are Recommended?
For the best experience, use an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Older versions may not support every website function.

How Does PayPal Checkout Work?
If PayPal is available at checkout:
- Select PayPal as your payment method.
- Follow the PayPal prompts and log in if requested.
- Review and confirm your payment.
- Return to our website when prompted after completing payment.
How Do I Use a Discount Code?
Enter your valid code in the discount field at checkout and apply it. Check that the discount is reflected in your order total before completing payment.
